After exhibiting often in younger years, I ended up becoming a busy scientist in a foreign country and not doing enough of it.

What I love best is photographing what's in front of me, and let it speak for itself. I don't care much for the non-existent, although I often like others' pictures of it.

So here's my "other" exhibition - let's see who gets tired first.

Thanks to those who take the time to manage clubs and having me over:

Imperfection has its own beauty!

Oh, thanks! Did you see the other? Did you like this one better? I have been experimenting with colour, but i am drifting back to inky blacks.

Looking forward to seeing some new things from you, too!

Yes, I like the tones in this version a lot better - makes it easier to read more into it, that switch when a picture changes from being yours to being mine, too... yet again, I'm a largely a BW-head and your mileage may vary. This version makes the hand on your (?) shoulder a bit less readable, too. Subtler, less "cinematographic"... like that better, too. A slightly worrisome element that creeps in slower.

Will post something after I'm back from a rush of summer work... never become a scientist... I have lots of good material, somehow I find myself less willing to post my best things in this land of square, heavily vignetted uniformity...

keep up the good work lady, you're doing great :)

Thank you! I was strictly black and white until i made the relatively recent switch from film to digital. It's just not the same for me using PS or LR to make a shot b/w as it is shooting that way to begin with.

I'll never become a scientist if you never manage a college bookstore. (Less competition that way. :P)

Take care and don't work too hard!
